These days, I divide my time between Toronto and Iqaluit. When I’m not dreaming up fantasy adventures with pirates and dragons, I’m having real-life adventures in the Arctic.

I've dedicated my life to children's literature. After earning my English degree from the University of Toronto, I immediately entered the publishing industry. I’ve published under a variety of pseudonyms while working for Pearson Education, University of Toronto Press, and Arvaaq Press. I'm a proud member of the Editorial Freelancers Association and ACES: the Society for Editing.
As a kid, fantasy stories were the first stories that got me excited about reading. Those books changed my life. I know the power of a great story, and I would love to help you inspire the next generation of readers.
